Being new to this type of activity I was nervous and excited . The introductory session was great , Joe took time to hear my goals , concerns and built training accordingly. I have absolutely loved my first couple of sessions , the passion , knowledge and energy Joe has is incredible . What a fabulous PT !

Excellent personal trainer Joe give you lots of encouragement and support he helped me to get my mojo back after losing when covid hit... He centres your training on what you enjoy to do for exercise for me I enjoy running and strength training. Joe motvates you and gives you the accountability which I needed. Would recommend Joe to anyone new to fitness or looking to get back in to it.
